During the early weathering stage, rust-colored runoff can stain porous surfaces such as concrete or stone. Installation design, drainage and surrounding surface protection should therefore be considered.
Patina development varies with moisture, drying cycles, climate and exposure conditions. The appearance will continue to evolve after installation unless a specific pre-weathered condition is agreed.
