  • Overview

    Wheeled Excavator bucket

This excavator bucket combines heavy-plate fabrication, welded reinforcement and CNC machining in one manufacturing process.

The bucket body is fabricated and welded first, while critical pin holes and mounting interfaces can be machined after welding to improve alignment and fit with the excavator linkage. Wear plates, teeth, side reinforcement and connection dimensions can be adjusted according to the approved attachment design.

This type of project is suitable for customers requiring both large welded fabrication and controlled machining of critical interfaces.
Applications: Excavators · Earthmoving Equipment · Construction Machinery · Mining Equipment · OEM Attachment Programs

    Key Design Considerations

    • Pin-Hole Alignment

      Pin-Hole Alignment

Critical mounting holes should remain aligned after welding and machining.
    • Weld Distortion

      Weld Distortion

Large welded parts require controlled fit-up and welding sequence.
    • Wear Areas

      Wear Areas

High-wear zones need suitable material and reinforcement.
    • Attachment Interface

      Attachment Interface

Pin and linkage dimensions must match the approved excavator connection.
