Overview

This manifold block is machined from solid material with multiple ports, holes and internal passage features produced according to the approved drawing.

The manufacturing process can combine CNC milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping to control port positions, mounting interfaces and threaded connections.

For fluid-control applications, internal deburring and cleaning are especially important because chips or burrs left inside cross-drilled passages can affect assembly and system operation.
