Outdoor Metal Products Loaded for a Netherlands Project

A batch of custom outdoor metal products for a customer project in the Netherlands was completed and loaded for export this week.

The order took approximately 30 days from production start to final packing. Products were manufactured according to the approved project requirements, followed by final inspection and preparation for shipment.

For this order, the finished packages were designed with consistent outer dimensions. This made the loading process more straightforward and allowed the cartons to be arranged more efficiently inside the container.

During container loading, the team checked the packing condition and planned the carton arrangement based on the available container space. With standardized package sizes, the products could be stacked and positioned more closely while still allowing safe handling during loading.

For overseas OEM and wholesale projects, packaging is not only about protecting the product. Package dimensions can also affect container utilization, shipping volume and overall logistics cost.
